What we collect
League data you create
When you use Cue'd Up, the app stores the league information you create so it can sync across reinstalls and power the read-only view link for your crew:
- League names and accent color
- Player names and whether they're permanent or "guest"
- Game results — winner, loser, date, optional note
- Session timestamps
That's the entire dataset. No real names are required — players are just labels you type in.
Sign in with Apple (optional)
Cue'd Up works without an account — but you can optionally Sign in with Apple from Settings to keep your data in sync across your iPhone, iPad, and any new device you set up later.
When you sign in, Apple gives us:
- An Apple-issued user identifier (a stable token, not your real email). We use this only to link your leagues, players, and games to one account.
- An email address — either your real email, or Apple's private relay email if you chose "Hide My Email". We do not send marketing email and don't share it with anyone.
- Optionally, your name, if you chose to share it during the Apple prompt. We don't display it back to you and don't share it.
Sign in with Apple is fully optional. If you sign out, your local data stays on your device — only the cloud link is removed. You can also email support@cued-up.app to delete the account record entirely.
Device identifier
Before you sign in (or if you never do), Cue'd Up generates a random per-install identifier on your device. It's a random string, not tied to your Apple ID, advertising ID, or any personal info — we use it to keep your league data scoped to the right phone so two installs on different devices don't blur together.
This identifier is destroyed when you delete the app.
Pro purchase status
If you buy Cue'd Up Pro through the App Store, we store a flag against your device install (or your Sign in with Apple account, if you've signed in) indicating Pro is unlocked. No card information ever touches our servers — Apple handles the payment.
